How can I recover tickets from a deleted end user in Zendesk?
If you've accidentally deleted an end user in Zendesk, don't worry! You can still recover their tickets.
To do this, create a custom report in Zendesk. Select the 'Support - Tickets' dataset and add 'Tickets' as the Metric. In the Rows section, include 'Requester name', 'Ticket ID', and 'Ticket created - Date'. Then, filter by the Requester name using the name of the end user whose tickets you want to recover. This will help you locate the tickets associated with the deleted user.
