How can I manually unverify articles in Zendesk Guide?

To manually unverify articles in Zendesk Guide, you can initiate a one-time review of your knowledge base content. This is useful if you need to update articles, such as when rebranding. You can unverify individual articles or do it in bulk.

To unverify individual articles, go to Guide and click the Manage articles icon in the sidebar. Select one or more articles to update (up to 30 at a time), then click the Article settings bulk actions menu at the bottom and select Unverify. Confirm your choice by clicking Unverify again.
