You can view and manage your purchased Zendesk themes on the Purchased themes page. To access this, go to Guide Admin and click the Customize design icon in the sidebar. This will open the Themes page, showing your current live theme and any themes in your library. Click 'View purchases' to see all your purchased and trial themes.
From here, you can manage your themes by purchasing trial themes, adding themes to your library, viewing release notes, or contacting the theme developer. For purchased themes, you can also upgrade the license. For more information, refer to the originalZendesk help article.
