Unfortunately, you cannot keep your custom settings when extending a Zendesk theme trial.
When you delete the trial theme to start a new one, all existing theme copies and settings will be lost. The new trial will begin with the default settings and configurations. It's advisable to back up any customizations you wish to retain before proceeding.
