Requesting time off in Zendesk is straightforward. You can request full or partial time off for your scheduled shifts or even for days when you don't have a shift. To do this, click the Zendesk WFM icon in the sidebar, then click the time off request icon in the upper-right corner. Fill out the Time off request window by selecting a reason, choosing the type of day off (full or partial), and optionally adding a message to your manager. Once you click 'Request Time Off', your request will be sent to your manager and you can track its status in your Time off requests section.
