Adding an appointment in Zendesk Sell is straightforward and can be done in a few steps.
To add an appointment, navigate to the Sell sidebar and click on the Calendar icon. Then, click the Add (+) button and select 'Add Appointment'. You can then click 'Add More Details' to enter specifics about the appointment. If you want to invite attendees, click 'Add Attendees' and select the names of the leads, contacts, or companies you wish to invite.
