To delete or deactivate a workspace in Zendesk, first navigate to Admin Center, click Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Contextual workspaces. Locate the workspace you want to deactivate, hover over it to display the options menu, and select Deactivate.
To delete a workspace, it must first be inactive. Once inactive, hover over the workspace again and select Delete. Note that deactivating a workspace stops its ticket forms, macros, and apps from being applied to associated tickets. Reactivating a workspace does not retroactively apply it to past tickets.
