Why isn't the data filter updating my Zendesk dashboard reports?
If your data filter isn't updating the reports on your Zendesk dashboard, it might be due to a dataset mismatch. The attribute you're filtering by must come from the same dataset as the report. Filters from one dataset won't apply to reports built on another dataset.
However, if you're using the dashboard builder (Beta), you can link filters across different datasets. This means that when a viewer applies a dashboard-level filter, all reports from the linked datasets in the dashboard will be filtered accordingly.
