You can easily customize the standard responses for your Zendesk conversation bot to better suit your needs. To do this, navigate to the Admin Center, click on Channels in the sidebar, and then select Bots and automations > Bots. From there, click on Manage bots and select the bot you want to edit. Under the Behavior tab, you can edit each message for different scenarios such as the start of the conversation, if the bot finds relevant articles, and more. Each response is saved automatically, but remember to publish the bot to make the updates live. For more details, check out theoriginal documentation.
