You can easily check if your emails have been opened in Zendesk Sell using the Viewed feature.
To do this, navigate to the Sell sidebar and click on Leads, Contacts, or Deals. Select the specific lead, contact, or deal you want to monitor. In the Activity feed tab, you'll see a Viewed icon next to the emails you've sent, indicating how many times the email has been opened. This information is also available in your list of email messages in the Communication Center.
