How do I change my Zendesk account name?

Changing your Zendesk account name is a straightforward process that helps align your interface with your brand.

To change your account name, go to the Admin Center, click the Account icon in the sidebar, and select Appearance > Branding. In the Your Zendesk account name section, enter your new account name and click Save tab. Refresh your browser to see the changes. Note that changing the account name does not affect your subdomain or email address. If your account already has an organization with the same name, the default organization name will not change.
