How can I change the order of ticket forms in Zendesk?
You can change the order of ticket forms in Zendesk to control how they appear to agents and end users.
To reorder your ticket forms, go to the Admin Center, click on the Objects and rules icon in the sidebar, and select Tickets > Forms. Click on the name of the form you'd like to move and drag it to a new position. This new order will be reflected in the drop-down list for agents and end users. Note that you cannot drag forms between the Active and Inactive tabs.
