To update your bot's name, navigate toChannels > Bots and automation > Bots > Conversation botsin the Admin Center. Hover over the bot you wish to update and clickEdit. In theSettingstab, enter your desired bot name underName. This will update the bot's name as it appears in the messaging widget.
