To add a new support email address in Zendesk, you can either create a variation of your existing Zendesk email or use an external email address.

For a Zendesk address, go to Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select Talk and email > Email. In the Support addresses section, click Add address, then select Create new Zendesk address. Enter the desired address and click Create now.
