How do I add a lead, contact, or deal using the Zendesk Sell Android app?
You can easily add a lead, contact, or deal using the Zendesk Sell Android app. Simply navigate to the Leads, Contacts, or Deals tab and click the add icon (+) to create a new entry. Alternatively, you can go to the Today (dashboard) tab and click the add icon (+) there.
For adding a deal specifically, you can also go to Contacts > Deals of an existing contact and then click the add icon (+). Remember, when creating a deal, you must include the deal name and the associated contact. You can either select an existing contact from Sell or create a new one during the deal creation process.
