You can easily activate or deactivate macros keyboard shortcuts in Zendesk from your user profile. To do this, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header and select 'Keyboard shortcuts'. If you have omnichannel routing activated, you'll need to select 'Help' > 'Keyboard shortcuts' instead. Once the list of keyboard shortcuts appears, simply select or deselect 'Enable keyboard shortcut for macros in composer' at the bottom left. Your settings will be saved automatically when you click outside the list.
