The Storage Usage Dashboard is being rolled out to all Zendesk customers. Once available, it will be visible in the Admin Center. For self-service customers, the rollout started on March 25, 2024. However, there are some exceptions; for instance, self-service accounts and accounts with temporary agents or Enterprise License Agreements may not see usage limitations or notifications.
If your account is eligible, you'll be able to access the dashboard and take advantage of its features to better manage your storage. For more information, you can refer to the original announcement.
