Access Issues with Zendesk Suite Features

Why can't I access certain features on my Zendesk Suite plan?
If you're unable to access certain features on your Zendesk Suite plan, it might be due to the type of plan you have. Plans purchased before February 1, 2021, are known as Support Suite plans, while those bought after this date are called Zendesk Suite plans. These two types of plans have different features available.
