What is the Power BI Connector by Zendesk and how does it work?
The Power BI Connector by Zendesk allows you to import your Zendesk data into Power BI for interactive insights. It is a tool that helps you turn your unrelated sources of data into meaningful visualizations and reports.
The new Zendesk Data (Beta) connector solves the issue of retrieving more than 1000 rows, which was a limitation in the legacy connector. It uses Cursor Based Pagination (CBP) to efficiently retrieve data from the Zendesk API. This new connector is currently in beta and will eventually replace the legacy connector.
