What should I know about Suite agents and Chat contributors?
When you add agents to Zendesk Suite, each agent gains access to all Suite products. If you have existing Chat contributors, be aware that their roles will change. Contributors with Suite seats convert to agents, while those without enough seats become end users. Ensure you purchase enough Suite seats to accommodate all contributors.
