Send Text Messages with Zendesk Sell on Android
How do I send a text message using the Zendesk Sell mobile app on Android?
You can easily send text messages to your leads and contacts using the Zendesk Sell mobile app on Android. Simply open the app and navigate to the Today dashboard. From there, tap on either Leads or Contacts, and select the lead or contact you wish to message. On the Info tab, you'll find a Message icon under the name of the lead or contact. Tap it, enter your message, and hit the Send icon to send your message directly from Sell.
