To do this, copy the live theme to save a GitHub-connected version in the theme library, break the integration for testing, and then update the changes in the source code. Push these changes to GitHub, and set the copied theme as the live theme in Zendesk. Finally, update the live theme with the latest from GitHub and delete the disconnected copy.
