This often happens after a password change, an admin change, or a bulk edit in your help desk. When this connection expires, Zendesk pauses the import of new conversations until you renew the connection.
To fix this, go to your Connections settings. Click on the Settings icon (your profile photo), then the Toggle sidebar icon. Under Account, select Connections. Check if the connection status is Active or Inactive. If it's Inactive, click the icon with three dots to the right and select Renew connection.
