How can I invite a colleague to an appointment in Zendesk Sell?
To invite a colleague to an appointment in Zendesk Sell, you need to use an external calendar integration. By integrating Google or Exchange calendars, you can invite other Sell users to appointments outside of Sell. Once you create or update an appointment in your external calendar, it will sync back to Sell, allowing your colleagues to be included in the invite.
