How can administrators reset a user's password in Zendesk?

Administrators can reset a user's password by sending a reset email to the user's registered email address. This email contains a link that allows the user to reset their password. Only administrators have the ability to send this reset email.

To reset a team member's password, navigate to the Admin Center, click the People icon in the sidebar, and select Team > Team members. Find the user who needs a password reset, click Edit, go to the Security Settings tab, and click Reset in the Password section.
