What fields can I use in the Group by dropdown in Zendesk's Sell Performance Dashboard?
In Zendesk's Sell Performance Dashboard, you can only use a standard set of fields in the Group by dropdown. Custom fields are not included in this selection.
This means that when you're creating a widget and want to group data, you'll need to choose from the fields that Zendesk has predefined as standard. Unfortunately, any custom fields you've created won't be available for this purpose.
