How do I enable or disable help center profiles in Zendesk?

You can easily enable or disable help center profiles in Zendesk through the Guide settings.

To do this, click the Settings icon in the sidebar of Guide. Under Guide settings, you can select or deselect User profiles. If you're enabling profiles, you can choose between Public user profiles, which are visible to everyone, or Private user profiles, which are only visible to the user and agents.
