Once a connection is created in Zendesk, you cannot change its name, authentication type, or allowed domain. However, you can modify the connection's credentials if needed. To do this, go to the Admin Center, click on Apps and integrations in the sidebar, select Connections > Connections, find the connection, and click the options menu icon to edit. After making the necessary changes, click Save.
