Logging out of your SSO network does not log you out of Zendesk. You need to manually log out from Zendesk to end your session.
Even if you log out of your Single Sign On (SSO) network, your Zendesk session will remain active. To log out of Zendesk, you must manually select 'Sign Out' from the Zendesk product you are using.
