How do I disconnect and reconnect the Zendesk for Salesforce integration?

To disconnect the Zendesk for Salesforce integration, go to the Admin Center, select Apps and integrations, then Integrations, and click Configure under Salesforce integration. Click Disconnect in the upper right corner.

To reconnect, follow the same steps to access the Salesforce integration setup page and click Connect. Re-enable syncing for settings like Accounts to organizations sync, Contacts to users sync, and Tickets to cases sync. Remember to activate your Salesforce trigger again.
