What happens when I disconnect Google Calendar from Zendesk WFM?
When you disconnect Google Calendar from Zendesk WFM, your schedule is gradually removed from your calendar.
To disconnect, click the Zendesk WFM icon in the sidebar, then the Google Calendar icon, and select 'Disconnect'. Refresh your Google Calendar to see the changes. It may take a few minutes for the schedule to be fully removed.
