When you disconnect Google Calendar from Zendesk WFM, your schedule is gradually removed from your calendar.

Currently, Zendesk WFM only supports one-way sync to Google Calendar. This means that events from Zendesk WFM are synced to Google Calendar, but not the other way around. If you're looking for two-way sync, this feature is not yet available.
