Lead sources in Zendesk Sell help you track where your leads are coming from, such as a trade show or your website. You can define these sources to better understand and manage your lead generation efforts.
To define lead sources, navigate to the Leads settings page by clicking the Settings icon and selecting Customize > Leads. Here, you can add and manage your list of lead sources.
