How can I create custom relationships for contacts in Zendesk Sell?

Creating custom relationships in Zendesk Sell allows you to tailor contact relationships to fit your business needs.

To add a new custom relationship, start by clicking the Zendesk Products icon in the top bar and selecting Admin Center. Then, click the Sunshine icon in the left sidebar and navigate to Relationships > Add relationship. Enter a name for your relationship in the Relationship name field, using underscores instead of spaces. Choose the source as zen:contact and select the appropriate relationship type, either 1:1 or 1:Many. Finally, set the target to zen:contact and click Save.
