You can easily configure the visibility of end-user device information in Zendesk's Agent Workspace.
To do this, navigate to the Admin Center, click on Workspaces in the sidebar, and select Agent tools > Context panel. On the Context panel admin page, you can choose to show or hide the customer's device information by selecting or deselecting the relevant options. You can also manage the visibility of specific details like the IP address and location by adjusting the settings under 'Limit access to personal information'.
