How do I change the account owner in Legacy Zendesk Chat?

Changing the account owner in Legacy Zendesk Chat requires you to be on the Account management page. Open your dashboard athttps://dashboard.zopim.com, go to Settings > Account, and click on the Subscription tab.

In the Account management section, find the Change Account Owner area. Use the drop-down menu to select a new owner, who must be a current agent or administrator. If you also have a Support account, the new owner must be an administrator on that account as well.
