To cancel your Zendesk Support trial, you can simply let the account expire. If no payment method was added during the trial period, the account will be deleted 270 days after the trial expiration date.
If you want to cancel the trial before it expires and a payment method was added, the account owner should go to the Admin Center, click on Billing > Subscription, and use the URL:https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/billing/manage_cancellation
(replace{subdomain}
