Is the Explore report builder beta available for my Zendesk account?

The Explore report builder beta is available if your account meets two conditions: you must be on an Explore Professional, Enterprise, or Legacy plan, and your Explore role must allow building custom reports.

If you meet these criteria, you can start using the beta to create ad hoc reports, team reports, or dashboard reports. If you find any missing features, you can save your work and switch to the classic builder to continue. This flexibility ensures you can make the most of the new and classic tools.
