Adding participants to a conference call in Sell Voice is possible through the Conference Calling EAP. As the host, you can include additional participants to a call to help answer questions or resolve issues. To add someone, click the Voice icon, then use the in-call toolbar to click 'Add to call'. You can search for and select a predefined number or start typing a name to find a contact.

Once added, you have options to manage participants, such as putting a caller on hold or disconnecting them. The entire conversation is recorded, and when the call is complete, a call summary screen is displayed for both Sell users involved.
