To include the current date in the subject line of your Zendesk Explore scheduled dashboard deliveries, use the placeholder{{date}}
.
When you set up a scheduled dashboard delivery, simply enter{{date}}
anywhere in the Subject field. This placeholder will automatically be replaced with the date the email is sent, making it easy to keep track of when each report was delivered. For more details, you can refer to the originalZendesk article.
Currently, Zendesk Explore supports only two placeholders:{{date}}
and{{dashboard_title}}
