My AskAI vs Alhena AI: Features, Pricing & Results (2026)
Alhena AI starts at $239/mo for ecommerce shopping + support. My AskAI runs ~$0.10/ticket inside your helpdesk. One's a platform, one layers on your stack.
Mike is an experienced Product Manager who focuses on all the “non-development” areas of My AskAI, from finance and customer success to product design, copywriting, testing and more.
My AskAI and Alhena AI both automate tier-1 support, but they're built on opposite bets. Alhena is an ecommerce-first, standalone platform that bundles shopping, revenue and voice tooling around its support agent, and you move your support into it. My AskAI is a helpdesk-native support agent that plugs into the Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk or Gorgias you already run, at roughly $0.10 a ticket. Pick Alhena if you're a Shopify brand that wants shopping, social and voice bundled in; pick My AskAI if you want cheap, predictable, helpdesk-native support automation without re-platforming.
Alhena AI starts at $239/mo and is built around Shopify ecommerce. My AskAI runs at roughly $0.10 per ticket inside the helpdesk you already use. Same job on the surface, very different bill and a very different decision underneath.
I'm Mike, co-founder of My AskAI. We help 200+ ecommerce and SaaS teams run AI customer service inside the helpdesk they already have, and our agents have resolved over a million tickets between them. So I'll tell you where I'm biased, and be just as clear about where Alhena is the better pick, because for a real slice of readers it is.
What AI can I use for customer support, My AskAI or Alhena AI?
⚡
TL;DR: Both handle the repetitive tier-1 tickets well. Alhena AI is an ecommerce-first platform that bundles shopping and revenue tools; My AskAI is a support agent that drops into the helpdesk you're already running.
The two products solve the same headline problem, an AI agent that answers the repetitive customer questions so your team doesn't have to. But they start from opposite assumptions about what you're buying.
Alhena AI (formerly Gleen AI, operated by Helix3 Labs) is an all-in-one platform purpose-built for ecommerce. It's standalone, so there's no separate helpdesk underneath it, and it wraps seven modules around the support agent: an AI Support Concierge, an AI Shopping Assistant, AI Agent Assist, AI Social Commerce, Review Management, Voice AI and AI Visibility. Its customer roster leans premium retail, with Tatcha and Victoria Beckham Beauty the names it puts front and center.
Alhena AI homepage
For Shopify brands that want the AI to sell as well as support, that breadth is exactly what they're paying for.
My AskAI takes the other road. It's an AI support agent that lives inside your existing helpdesk: you install it from your helpdesk's marketplace, point it at your knowledge, and it starts drafting and sending replies on your live tickets.
It isn't a helpdesk and never replaces one. It replaces the native AI agent inside your helpdesk (Fin, Zendesk AI, Freddy, Gorgias Automate, Breeze) at roughly ten cents a ticket.
(Fun fact: plenty of Alhena's reviews still show under the old Gleen AI name.) So it comes down to which one fits your team and your stack.
A positioning quadrant plotting My AskAI and Alhena AI. The x-axis runs from support-cost focus to revenue and shopping focus; the y-axis from layering on your helpdesk to a standalone all-in-one platform. My AskAI sits bottom-left as a helpdesk-native support layer; Alhena sits top-right as a standalone ecommerce revenue platform.
How does an AI customer service agent work (My AskAI vs Alhena AI)?
⚡
TL;DR: Both ground answers in your verified content. Alhena leans on "Agentic Chunking" and a multi-agent setup; My AskAI trains on your help center and connectors, runs a multi-model architecture, and shows its working when you ask Echo.
Under the hood, both agents run the same basic loop: connect knowledge, read an incoming question, answer what they can from verified sources, and hand off what they can't to a human with a summary so nobody repeats themselves.
Alhena's version leans on agentic RAG and multi-agent orchestration: a Product Expert, an Order Management agent, a General Support agent and a Conversation Debugger that route between themselves, built partly on the OpenAI Agent SDK. Its "Agentic Chunking" segments your content semantically so you don't have to pre-chunk documents yourself, and every answer is grounded in brand-approved content.
My AskAI trains on your help center, website, PDFs, historic tickets and live backend data through APIs, then runs a multi-model architecture: predominantly OpenAI, with Google and Anthropic models pulled in for the specific tasks they do best, smaller fast models for routing and classification, larger ones for the final reply, all continuously A/B tested. When you want to know why the agent said something, you ask Echo, the in-dashboard assistant that tells you which knowledge source a reply came from and helps you fix it. Both products are built to answer from what you've given them.
What are the different ways I can use an AI agent, My AskAI vs Alhena AI?
⚡
TL;DR: Both offer direct customer replies and an agent copilot. My AskAI adds an Internal Notes mode to run it silently beside your current AI before going live; Alhena adds Voice AI and social-DM commerce channels My AskAI doesn't have.
There's more than one way to put either agent to work, and the modes are where each side's personality shows.
Direct replies
The headline mode for both: the AI answers the customer directly, in chat or email. On My AskAI that happens inside your helpdesk's native chat, messaging or email channel, and in social channels too, wherever your helpdesk routes an Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook conversation into the inbox. Alhena answers across its own web widget, the Shopify storefront, email, and social DMs (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger) as native commerce channels.
Copilot replies
Both agents can also work behind the scenes, drafting a reply for a human to send. My AskAI offers this as the AI Copilot Chrome extension: free of seat charges, unlimited team members, included on every plan, and working inside any of its integrated helpdesks. Alhena's AI Agent Assist plays the same role and claims it makes agents resolve tickets around 2x faster.
Internal note replies
This one is a My AskAI habit I'd point any nervous team to. Before you let the AI talk to a single customer, you can run it in Internal Notes mode: it drafts a reply on every ticket as an internal note the customer never sees, so you can sit it side by side with whatever AI you run today and grade it for a week before you flip it live. Alhena has a Playground and a Conversation Debugger for pre-launch QA, which are good testing surfaces, but they're not the same as running the agent silently against your live queue, next to your incumbent AI, on real tickets.
A screenshot showing My AskAI's AI agent replying as internal notes to customers inside Gorgias.
Voice
Alhena wins outright on voice. It runs a Voice AI product that it says automates around 80% of inbound phone and voice queries.
My AskAI is built for the messaging, chat and email channels your helpdesk routes, and voice isn't part of what we do today. If phone is a real part of your support load, that's a genuine reason to look at Alhena.
Which is easier to setup, Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Both are no-code and fast. Alhena markets a sub-48-hour go-live and a one-click Shopify install; My AskAI connects to your helpdesk and knowledge in about 10 minutes and can go live from your knowledge within minutes to hours. Neither needs developers for a standard setup.
Setup is close to a tie here.
Alhena markets a sub-48-hour go-live with no developers, and its chat widget installs either as a one-click Shopify app or a JavaScript snippet in roughly 10 to 15 minutes, with the Playground and Conversation Debugger there to QA before you launch. One reviewer described setup for a non-expert as simple, with the benefits showing inside the first two weeks.
My AskAI connects to your helpdesk in about 10 to 15 minutes with no code, and if you're switching from an existing Fin or Zendesk AI setup you're usually fully live in under a day. Going live purely from knowledge (help centers, websites, the Shopify connector) happens within minutes to hours, and almost every customer reaches "live and direct" within about a month; the longer cases usually wait on their own knowledge prep or custom API work, and nothing in the product holds them up. Neither side needs an engineer for a standard rollout.
How do My AskAI and Alhena AI differ in what they can be trained on?
⚡
TL;DR: Alhena ingests ecommerce data natively (Shopify and WooCommerce product, inventory and order data) alongside docs and tickets. My AskAI connects a broader set of static document sources (Drive, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Salesforce, Shopify) and lets you mark any source internal-only.
An AI agent is only as good as what it knows, so where each side pulls its knowledge from does more for answer quality than almost anything else.
'Static' content
Both ingest the usual written knowledge: help centers, docs, PDFs, and the popular cloud tools. Alhena's data sources cover website auto-crawl, YouTube, PDFs, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, GitHub, CSV/Excel/Sheets, help-desk tickets and KB articles (including internal ones), plus Discord and Slack.
My AskAI connects Google Drive, Notion, OneDrive (Personal and Business), Dropbox, SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Shopify, and your Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk help center (including behind-login articles), with website sync, direct PDF/DOCX upload, custom answers, and historic-ticket training on your last 5,000 tickets by default (more on request). The differentiator is Private mode: you can mark any source internal-only, so it feeds the Copilot, Slack and Teams answers your team sees but is never surfaced to a customer. Alhena has no documented equivalent for marking a source internal-only.
A screenshot of the knowledge page in the My AskAI dashboard.
'Dynamic' content
This is Alhena's home turf. It ingests ecommerce data natively through the Shopify and WooCommerce APIs, pulling real-time product catalog, inventory and order data and refreshing continuously so the shopping and order answers stay current.
My AskAI reads live backend data through its User Data API and takes action through Tasks and Tools, with a pre-built Shopify connector for product, order and customer lookups that also handles Shopify Markets across multiple stores, currencies and languages. So both can answer "where's my order?" from live data. Alhena bakes the ecommerce catalog in as a native, always-on source, while My AskAI reaches it through the Shopify connector and your own APIs.

Which has better answer quality, Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Roughly equivalent when trained on clean sources. Both are hallucination-resistant and cite their sources: Alhena via its Conversation Debugger and Flagged Conversations, My AskAI via Echo. Published resolution numbers aren't apples-to-apples, so treat them as directional.
This is the category where the plain answer is "they're similar," and I'd be suspicious of anyone who told you otherwise.
Both are hallucination-resistant and trace their answers back to sources. Alhena grounds every reply in verified content and annotates it with the KB docs used, and in early 2026 it added Flagged Conversations, a real-time detector for suspect answers that is itself a sign even a well-grounded agent can get one wrong, so "hallucination-resistant" is the accurate label and no grounded agent is ever fully hallucination-free. My AskAI's audit surface is Echo: open any conversation and ask why the agent answered the way it did and which knowledge it used.
Alhena AI answering a question with an Answer Sources panel showing the agent and the knowledge sources used.
On the numbers, treat everything as directional and take the vendor figures with a grain of salt. Alhena's published case studies cluster resolution and deflection rates between about 61% and 86% (Crocus 86% deflection, Tatcha 82%, Manawa 80%, SKF 61%), and its ROI calculator defaults to 70% deflection with reopens under 3%, all vendor-defined and self-published.
My AskAI runs around 72% resolution on a rolling 30-day basis across our whole customer base, where we count a conversation resolved if the AI handled it without escalating to a human (with easy escalation as the backstop, and we don't claim to know an issue was truly solved unless the customer tells us). For context, our own AI resolution-rate benchmark data across 195 deployments puts the field median near 70%, and the metric label alone moves a headline figure by around 12 points.
So don't pick between these two on a resolution percentage in a marketing deck. The number moves far more with the quality of your knowledge and your ticket mix than with the logo on the agent.
Which AI agent is easier to improve over time: Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Both self-improve. Alhena has a Guideline Writer agent, a Conversation Debugger and a weekly review workflow; My AskAI auto-drafts new knowledge articles by comparing its replies to your agents', so the knowledge base maintains itself.
Both products are built to get better with use, but they put the work in different places.
Alhena gives you an active toolkit: an AI Guideline Writer agent that creates and edits plain-language guidelines from natural language, the Conversation Debugger, and a weekly review workflow that filters the "I don't know" and escalated sessions so a human can suppress a wrong answer, correct the source, and retrain. If you have someone who wants to sit and tune the agent every week, there's plenty for them to do.
Alhena AI's guideline editor, where you write plain-language rules that tune how the agent responds.
My AskAI leans on automation instead, because most teams don't have that dedicated person. Self-Learning drafts new knowledge articles automatically by comparing the AI's reply to what your human agent actually sent after a handover, so the knowledge base maintains itself and resolution climbs without a scheduled retraining session. It's a real limit that Self-Learning updates the agent's own knowledge and doesn't push edits back into your Help Center; for tuning and troubleshooting, Echo does the hands-on work of writing, reviewing and merging Guidance on request.
Which has more features, Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Alhena has the broader feature surface today: shopping assistant, agentic checkout, social commerce, voice, review management, AI Visibility. My AskAI includes the support-specific features teams use most: Tasks, Tools/Actions, Tagging, Insights and a free Copilot extension. If you want revenue tools, Alhena wins; if you want lean support automation, My AskAI is tighter.
On raw surface area, Alhena is the bigger product (no argument from me), and this category goes to them outright. It's the clearest place their bet on breadth pays off.
Alhena's extras lean commercial and they run deep: an AI Shopping Assistant with conversational product search and rich product cards, agentic checkout that populates carts and applies discounts, AI Social Commerce across Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, Voice AI, Review Management, and AI Visibility, a module that tracks how your products show up across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Add revenue-attribution analytics and memory that carries across sessions and channels. For a Shopify brand that wants the AI to drive revenue as well as deflect tickets, that's a lot of ground.
My AskAI's set is narrower and support-specific on purpose: Tasks and Tools for agentic workflows like refunds, cancellations and order updates (which you can run fully autonomously or set to propose-then-approve, per action, your call), AI Tagging that classifies incoming tickets, Insights that topic-groups and AI-CSAT-scores 100% of conversations, Multibrand, Image Reading, Spam Filters, and the free Copilot Chrome extension. It's the toolkit a support team actually reaches for day to day, but if your wishlist has shopping and revenue features on it, Alhena is the fuller product.

Is it easy to customize My AskAI and Alhena AI?
⚡
TL;DR: Both give you real control. My AskAI exposes prompt, persona, Guidance and Custom Answers; Alhena uses a guidelines and policies engine with a Guideline Writer agent, multiple bot profiles and per-locale brand voice.
Customization is close, and both sides give you real control over how the agent behaves.
Alhena drives customization through a policies and guidelines engine plus its AI Guideline Writer agent, and it supports multiple bot profiles on one account with per-locale brand voice, handy if you run several storefronts or regions and want each to sound right.
My AskAI exposes Guidance in three flavors (Communication & Style, Context & Clarification, and Handover & Escalation) plus Custom Answers that return exact wording verbatim (and import your Zendesk macros), persona and prompt control, and Multibrand for a separate agent per brand or region. You can change any of it yourself in a couple of minutes, and Echo will write and merge the Guidance for you if you'd rather ask than click. Call this one a tie.
What about vendor lock-in?
⚡
TL;DR: My AskAI's trained agent moves across the helpdesks it supports, so switching helpdesk doesn't mean re-implementing your AI, and you keep your existing stack. Alhena is a standalone platform: it integrates with 11 helpdesks, but the shopping and support layer lives inside Alhena, so leaving means leaving the whole platform.
Lock-in is the cost nobody prices into the demo, and this is where the two philosophies diverge most.
Because My AskAI lives inside Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk or Gorgias, you keep your existing stack, agents, macros, tags and routing. And if you ever change helpdesk, the trained agent (your custom answers, Guidance and Tasks) moves across to the new one. You're layering AI onto the stack you already run.
A screenshot of the Channels section of the My AskAI dashboard showing the 5 native integration options of Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk and HubSpot.
Alhena is a standalone platform. It integrates with 11-plus helpdesks (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Gorgias, Gladly, HubSpot, Kustomer, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Re:amaze and Intercom), but the shopping and support layer lives inside Alhena, and the revenue features are the reason you'd be there in the first place.
Adopting Alhena is closer to a platform decision than an add-on, and leaving means leaving the whole thing. A team with a real helpdesk and real volume shouldn't have to re-platform to get a great AI agent. That's the bet My AskAI is built on.
Does Alhena AI or My AskAI have any other AI features?
⚡
TL;DR: Both auto-tag and translate. Alhena's extras lean commercial: AI Visibility, review management, social commerce, voice. My AskAI's extras lean operational: Tasks for agentic workflows, Tools/Actions, live agent translation, image processing.
Beyond the core agent, both products carry a grab-bag of extra AI, and where each one invests tells you who it's for.
Tagging
Both classify tickets automatically, and My AskAI's AI Tagging reads the incoming message and sorts it against your existing helpdesk tags, billed separately at $0.05 per attribute per ticket. Priced apart from conversation cost, it lets you route a class of tickets to a human without paying the full reply cost. Alhena auto-categorizes conversations within its own platform.
Agent translation
My AskAI supports 95 languages auto-detected per message, plus a Live Translation feature (on Intercom) that lets an agent read and reply to a customer in a language they don't speak. Alhena auto-detects the customer's language and supports per-locale voice too, though its own pages quote a range of language counts (from 20-plus up to 100-plus), so multilingual support is clearly there on both sides, even if the exact number Alhena supports is harder to pin down.
AI Visibility, social commerce and voice
These are Alhena-only, and they're the commercial extras again: the AI Visibility module for tracking product presence across AI answer engines, social-commerce selling through Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and Voice AI for the phone. On the operational side, My AskAI's extras are Tasks, Tools/Actions, Image Reading and Spam Filters, different jobs for a different buyer. Alhena's spread is wider here, so this category goes to them.
What about security, is Alhena AI more secure than My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: On paper Alhena lists more certifications (SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA) while My AskAI holds SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. But Alhena's public security detail is thin, whereas My AskAI runs isolated per-customer containers, never trains on customer data, and publishes a live trust center.
This is Alhena's third clear win on paper, and if you're in a regulated industry it might be the category that decides it.
Alhena's footer lists a broad grid: SOC 2 (its docs reference Type 2), GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA. That's more certifications than My AskAI carries, and a real edge on paper. The caveat, for a security reviewer reading closely, is that the public detail behind the badges is thin: there's no published subprocessor list, no stated data-retention period, and no documented data-residency options, though the DPA does reference Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
My AskAI holds SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. That's the full grid, and we don't claim HIPAA, ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS. What we do publish is the operational detail a reviewer usually asks for next: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, isolated containers per customer, a hard line that customer data is never used for model training or sold, a 99.99% uptime SLA on Enterprise, and a live trust center with its SOC 2 Type II report.
For most B2B SaaS and ecommerce security reviews, that's the exact bar they're checking. But if your buyer's checklist has HIPAA, PCI or ISO 27001 on it today, Alhena lists certifications we don't, and that's a real edge for them here.
Which costs more, Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: My AskAI is materially cheaper per unit: roughly $0.10 per ticket vs Alhena's $239/mo floor and $1.20 per billed conversation. Alhena's model is buyer-friendly in one way (it doesn't charge for failed answers, handoffs or greetings), but at real volume My AskAI's per-ticket rate still lands well below.
Pricing is where the two philosophies collide hardest. Alhena is a standalone platform that bundles its own support layer, so its price is the whole bill.
My AskAI runs on top of the helpdesk you keep paying for, so its per-ticket rate is just the AI line, with your existing helpdesk seats sitting underneath it either way.
The pricing model
My AskAI is per-ticket and public. You pay roughly $0.10 a ticket (every two AI replies is one credit), and the plans are Pro at $199/mo (1,000 credits), Scale at $499/mo (2,000 credits) and Enterprise from $999/mo. You're billed per ticket, never per resolution, so the bill stays flat as the AI gets better: the price is the same whether the AI works once or succeeds far more often.
Alhena is per-conversation and tiered. A "credit" is a conversation where the AI delivers a useful response (whether it resolves or assists), and the tiers run Free ($0, 25 conversations), Essentials ($239, 200), Growth ($599, 550), Scale ($1,199, 1,200) and Enterprise (custom), with overage now a flat $1.20 per credit at every tier.
Two pricing-model lanes. My AskAI bills per ticket at roughly $0.10, flat as the AI improves and never per resolution. Alhena bills per conversation from a $239/mo floor at a flat $1.20 per billed credit, softened by nine zero-credit rules.
The buyer-friendly part is what Alhena doesn't charge for: nine zero-credit rules mean failed answers, human handoffs, greetings, small talk, spam, playground and FAQ testing, human-handled conversations and Agent Assist are all free, and Alhena reckons up to 40% of chat volume is that kind of noise. Neither product charges per seat.
The overall cost
Take a mid-sized store handling around 5,000 conversations a month. On My AskAI's Scale plan that's roughly $800 on the AI line (the $499 base covers 2,000 credits, then about 3,000 more at $0.10).
On Alhena's Scale tier, 5,000 billed conversations is $1,199 for the first 1,200 credits plus 3,800 at $1.20, around $5,700. Now apply Alhena's zero-credit rules in full: if 40% of that volume is free noise, only ~3,000 conversations bill, dropping Alhena to roughly $3,400.
That narrows the gap, but it doesn't close it. Alhena's effective per-real-conversation cost still sits well above $0.10, and per unit the comparison is stark: about $0.10 a ticket against $1.20 a billed conversation.

Conclusion - should I choose Alhena AI or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: For most support teams (SaaS or ecommerce) that want cheap, predictable, helpdesk-native automation, My AskAI is the pick. Choose Alhena if you're a Shopify or ecommerce brand that wants shopping, social and voice bundled with support and will pay for the revenue tooling.

Alhena
Neither side runs the table. My AskAI takes the categories a support team feels every month (modes, setup, price and lock-in) and ties on training, answer quality, improving and customization.
Alhena takes its wins where it's clearly stronger: raw feature breadth, the extra commercial AI surface, and cert breadth on paper. These two products aren't fighting over the same customer.
A fit spectrum from a broad SaaS and ecommerce support team on the left to a Shopify revenue and shopping brand on the right. My AskAI sits toward the broad-support end; Alhena sits toward the ecommerce-revenue end.
My AskAI lands where it does for one reason: a team already running a helpdesk with real volume shouldn't have to re-platform to get a great AI agent, shouldn't watch a metered billing pool compound as it succeeds, and shouldn't lose the trained agent if it changes helpdesk. That's borne out in ecommerce too: Edel Optics runs 79% AI resolution at 92% CSAT on Zendesk, YouGarden hit 66% (peaking at 82%) and saved 965 hours on Freshdesk, Swytch deflected 4,050-plus tickets at 81%, and Barn Owl reached 47% on Gorgias after replacing Gorgias' native AI.
Choose Alhena AI if:
You're a Shopify or ecommerce brand and want the AI to sell as well as support.
You want a shopping assistant, agentic checkout, social commerce or Voice AI bundled in.
You care about revenue lift as much as support cost.
Your security review needs HIPAA, PCI-DSS or ISO 27001 on paper today.
But if that's not you, and you want cheap, predictable, per-ticket pricing, deployment inside the Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk or Gorgias you already run, broad fit across SaaS and ecommerce, and founder-led support, then My AskAI is who we built it for.
Can My AskAI fully replace Alhena AI for ecommerce support?
For the support job (reading tickets, answering the repetitive ones, looking up order status through the Shopify connector or User Data API, and handling refunds and cancellations through Tasks), yes: My AskAI does all of that inside your existing helpdesk at a published per-ticket rate. Where it doesn't replace Alhena is on the revenue side: the shopping assistant, agentic checkout, social-commerce selling and Voice AI are Alhena's territory. If you want the AI to drive sales as well as deflect tickets, that's a real reason to stay with Alhena.
What can each AI agent be trained on?
Both ingest help centers, docs, past tickets, and the popular cloud tools (Notion, Confluence, Google Drive). My AskAI adds OneDrive, Dropbox, SharePoint and Salesforce, and lets you mark any source internal-only; Alhena ingests Shopify and WooCommerce catalog and order data natively.

How long does setup take and do we need developers?
Neither needs developers for a standard setup. My AskAI connects to your helpdesk in about 10 to 15 minutes and can be live from your knowledge within minutes to hours, with a full switch from an existing AI usually done in under a day. Alhena markets a sub-48-hour go-live with a one-click Shopify install or a JavaScript snippet.
How do My AskAI and Alhena AI pricing models differ, and what might we actually pay?
My AskAI is per-ticket at about $0.10 and flat as the AI improves. Alhena is per-conversation, starting at a $239/mo floor with a flat $1.20 per billed conversation, though nine zero-credit rules mean failed answers, handoffs and greetings are free.

Both do. My AskAI auto-detects 95 languages per message and adds a live-translation feature so an agent can read and reply in a language they don't speak. Alhena auto-detects the customer's language and supports per-locale voice, though its own pages quote language counts ranging from 20-plus to 100-plus.
How do My AskAI and Alhena AI compare on security and compliance?
Alhena lists the broader grid on paper (SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and HIPAA) but its public detail is thin (no subprocessor list, retention period or residency options). My AskAI holds SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, with isolated per-customer containers, no model training on customer data, and a live trust center. If your checklist requires HIPAA, PCI or ISO 27001, Alhena carries certifications My AskAI doesn't.
Will I be locked in to one platform or helpdesk?
With My AskAI, no: it runs inside Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk or Gorgias, and the trained agent moves across if you switch helpdesk. Alhena is a standalone platform: it integrates with 11-plus helpdesks, but the shopping and support layer lives inside Alhena, so leaving means leaving the whole platform.
Does each one offer a free trial?
My AskAI offers a 30-day free trial (all features unlocked, unlimited tickets, no credit card), and new customers are typically offered 50% off the first three months. Alhena offers a permanent free tier of 25 conversations a month with no card, so you can test either without paying, just at very different scales.
