My AskAI vs Salesforce Agentforce: Features, Pricing, and Results (2026)
Salesforce Agentforce needs Service Cloud, three pricing models and a $200K+ first-year budget. My AskAI drops into your helpdesk from $199/mo. Full comparison.
Mike is an experienced Product Manager who focuses on all the “non-development” areas of My AskAI, from finance and customer success to product design, copywriting, testing and more.
Agentforce is Salesforce's enterprise AI agent. It's powerful if you already live inside Salesforce, but it needs Service Cloud, months of setup, and a first-year budget that typically runs into six figures. My AskAI is an AI agent that drops into your existing helpdesk in minutes, on transparent pricing. Pick Agentforce if you're a large Salesforce shop that wants everything native; pick My AskAI if you want AI in the helpdesk you already run, live this week.
Agentforce's realistic first-year cost lands north of $200,000 and takes months to reach production. My AskAI starts at $199/month and can go live the same day.
What AI can I use to reply to customer support tickets: My AskAI or Salesforce Agentforce?
⚡
TL;DR: Both are autonomous AI agents for customer support. Agentforce runs inside Salesforce Service Cloud; My AskAI runs inside the helpdesk you already have (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias) with no CRM migration.
If you're weighing up an AI agent for your support queue, these two are answering the same question from opposite ends of the stack. Both resolve tier-1 tickets on their own, hand off to a human when they get stuck, and learn from your knowledge base. The difference is where they live.
The My AskAI homepage — an AI customer service agent that plugs into your existing helpdesk.
Salesforce Agentforce is Salesforce's "proactive, autonomous AI", and it runs where Salesforce runs. It's built on Service Cloud, it reads your CRM natively, and Salesforce positions it as the thing that finally replaces chatbots and copilots inside their own ecosystem. If your team already lives in Salesforce, that's a genuine advantage.
My AskAI is the other model: an AI agent that plugs into the helpdesk you're already running and resolves around 72% of tickets automatically at roughly $0.10 a ticket. You don't move your data or switch tools, and you don't need Salesforce (or any single vendor's platform) to be your system of record. It answers inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias, in your existing inbox.
The choice comes down to one thing: AI inside your current helpdesk, or Salesforce as the center of your support world.
On the "who's actually using this" question, the customer bases tell the positioning story. My AskAI powers support for teams like RecruitCRM (68% AI resolution inside Intercom), TravelJoy (80% inside Zendesk), Edel Optics (79%) and GiveCard (95%), spanning more than 200 ecommerce and SaaS teams and over a million tickets resolved to date.
Agentforce's marquee logos are enterprise-heavy: Wiley, OpenTable, Heathrow and Pandora. That split, mid-market teams inside their own helpdesk versus large Salesforce estates, is the pattern you'll see repeated all the way down.
How does an AI customer service agent work: My AskAI vs Salesforce Agentforce?
⚡
TL;DR: Both ingest your knowledge and answer autonomously. Agentforce runs on the Atlas Reasoning Engine plus Data 360 inside Salesforce; My AskAI trains on your help center, docs and past tickets in minutes and answers inside your helpdesk.
Under the hood both agents work the same way: they retrieve the right knowledge, work out what the customer actually asked, and either answer or escalate. The plumbing is where they diverge.
Agentforce is orchestrated by the Atlas Reasoning Engine, a reasoning layer that plans, retrieves from Data 360, and calls actions. The language model itself is configurable: GPT-4o is the default, with Claude Sonnet 4 on Bedrock (Salesforce steers regulated industries here), Gemini and GPT-5 selectable, and a bring-your-own-LLM route via the Models API. Salesforce's own marketing puts Agentforce at "up to 72% of routine inquiries" offloaded and "32% faster resolution."
My AskAI's setup works the other way round. You point it at your help center, website, docs and past tickets, and it's trained in minutes.
On models, it runs a suite of models, predominantly OpenAI, with Google and Anthropic used for the tasks where they win, and the mix is continually A/B tested and benchmarked. There's no reasoning model in the live reply path (too slow for synchronous chat), and the routing, classification and summarization steps run on smaller fast models so responses stay quick.
The other working difference is what happens after go-live. My AskAI's self-learning drafts new knowledge by comparing the AI's reply to the human agent's actual reply on any ticket that got handed over. The knowledge base keeps improving from real conversations, without an engineer touching it.
What are the different ways I can use an AI agent?
⚡
TL;DR: Both do autonomous direct replies and a human-copilot mode. Agentforce splits these into two separately-sold products (Service Agent for autonomous, Service Assistant for copilot); My AskAI includes both, plus an internal-notes on-ramp and a free Copilot Chrome extension.
There are a few distinct jobs an AI agent can do, and how each product packages them affects both your rollout and your bill.
Direct replies
This is the headline job: the AI answers the customer directly, in the live channel, without a human touching it. Both products do this well from a clean knowledge base. In Agentforce this is the autonomous Service Agent; in My AskAI it's the default direct-reply mode inside your helpdesk's native chat, messaging or email.
Copilot replies
The copilot job is the AI drafting behind the scenes so a human sends. In Agentforce, that's Service Assistant, a separately-sold product from the autonomous Service Agent, so you're buying (and configuring) two things. My AskAI includes copilot drafting on every plan, plus a free AI Copilot Chrome extension that works inside any of its integrated helpdesks with no seat charges (Intercom's own copilot, by contrast, is an upsell).
Internal note replies
This is My AskAI's default zero-risk on-ramp, and it changes how you'd trial either tool. In Internal Notes mode, the AI drafts a full response on every ticket but writes it only as an internal note, and the customer sees nothing.
Your team validates the AI's answers side-by-side with whatever you're running today before a single reply goes out. It's the safest way I know to prove an AI agent to a nervous team, and it's on by default.
Voice
Voice is a genuine Agentforce win. It went generally available in late 2025, native to Salesforce with partner integrations across Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys, NiCE and Vonage, though as of early 2026 it's US and Canada only.
My AskAI does not offer a voice or phone product today; it answers the text channels your helpdesk routes to it (chat, email, messaging, and social where the helpdesk surfaces it). If phone support automation is a hard requirement now, I'd put Agentforce ahead here without hesitation.
Which is easier to setup, Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: My AskAI, decisively: live in minutes with no developers. Agentforce needs Service Cloud, usually Data Cloud, and typically a systems-integrator partner; Salesforce markets 3-6 weeks, independent analysts report 5-11 months to real production.
You don't need Salesforce to run My AskAI at all, and that single fact removes most of Agentforce's setup burden before you even start.
To stand Agentforce up, Salesforce needs to be your system of record. That means Service Cloud, usually Data Cloud / Data 360 on top, and, for most real deployments, a systems-integrator partner (Accenture, NeuraFlash, Deloitte, IBM or PwC).
Before-after comparison of setup: Salesforce Agentforce needs Service Cloud, Data Cloud, an SI partner and 5 to 11 months; My AskAI connects to your knowledge and goes live the same day.
Salesforce's Forward Deployed Engineering markets aggressive timelines ("6 months to 3 weeks across 150 enterprises"), but independent ecosystem coverage is blunter: Agentforce "requires a great deal of configuration to work reliably," and a third-party implementation analysis puts real production rollout at 5.5 to 11 months with $50K-$150K of upfront implementation. Self-serve, in practice, is largely a fiction at enterprise scale.
The Salesforce Service Cloud pricing page — Starter Suite $25, Pro Suite $100, Enterprise $175/user/month; Agentforce requires Enterprise Edition or higher.
My AskAI is the opposite kind of project. You sign up, connect your knowledge sources, and install the app from your helpdesk's marketplace: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias.
The standard setup takes 10-15 minutes with no developer, and teams switching from Fin or Zendesk AI are usually across in under a day. Almost every customer reaches "live and direct" within about a month (the longer cases are knowledge prep or custom API work, with the tool itself quick either way), and ongoing maintenance runs around 30 minutes a week.
How To Add an AI Agent To Your Helpdesk in 10 Min | Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Gorgias
If you're a champion who's been handed "roll out AI" and told not to hire an SI to do it, that gap, minutes versus months, is the whole decision.
How do My AskAI and Salesforce Agentforce differ in what they can be trained on?
⚡
TL;DR: Agentforce grounds on Salesforce Knowledge plus Data 360 (CRM-native, but every ingested chunk burns Data Cloud credits). My AskAI ingests help centers, Notion, Confluence, Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Shopify and past tickets with no credit meter on ingestion.
Answer quality is downstream of what you can feed the agent. The split: Agentforce wins on native Salesforce data, My AskAI wins on breadth of everything else.
'Static' content
Static content is the written stuff: help center articles, docs, PDFs, wikis. My AskAI ingests a wide spread of it: your Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk help centers (including behind-login articles), Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, direct PDF and DOCX uploads, and custom Q&A pairs. It can also mark any source Private, so internal-only knowledge answers your team's copilot without ever surfacing to a customer.
Agentforce grounds on Salesforce Knowledge through its Data Library, plus uploaded files and a web crawler (in beta). It's capable, but web and file ingestion runs through Data Cloud, and every ingested chunk consumes Data Cloud credits, which is a meter My AskAI doesn't have.
'Dynamic' content
Dynamic content is the live stuff: order status, plan tier, account records, past tickets. Here Agentforce has a genuine moat: because it lives on the CRM, it reads customer history, cases and entitlements natively with no integration to build. If your whole world is in Salesforce, that's real.
My AskAI reaches live backend data through its User Data API plus Tools and Tasks, and includes a pre-built Shopify connector for product, order and customer lookups. It trains on your last 5,000 historic tickets by default (more on request), which helps if you don't have a polished help center yet. You can generate starter knowledge straight from resolved tickets and get going from scratch, without writing docs first.

Which has better answer quality, Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Roughly comparable on a clean knowledge base. Agentforce's marketing cites 85-95% and Benioff pegs it around 93%, but Salesforce's own CRMArena-Pro benchmark shows about 35% out-of-the-box before heavy customization.
Answer quality is the hardest thing to compare cleanly, because nobody publishes an apples-to-apples benchmark and every vendor defines "resolution" its own way. Most of the benchmark claims are noise. Here are the numbers that exist, and what they actually measure.
Agentforce's marketing cites 85-95% accuracy, and Marc Benioff has publicly pegged it around 93% ("with our data set we're getting 90% accuracy, but it's not 100%, so you need the human in the loop"). Those numbers are impressive, and on a well-tended Salesforce knowledge base they're plausible, but I'd take the marketing figure with a grain of salt.
Salesforce's own research points the other way for out-of-the-box behavior: its CRMArena-Pro benchmark found an out-of-the-box agent scoring around 35% on realistic enterprise tasks before customization. Its resolution methodology also lists eight different metrics across the case studies, so a single headline number is doing a lot of work. This shows up in the wild, too, in one G2 review: the "hallucination is really bad" because "we don't train it and it works on a general model, sometimes it gives information that isn't ours."
For My AskAI, the first-party signal is a rolling 72%+ AI resolution rate across the customer base, plus reviews that describe getting there fast. One My AskAI G2 review: "The AI Agent consistently answered 70% of our support requests with no tweaking after the first knowledge base sync… quickly got us up to 80% deflection."
I'm not staging a "72% versus 93%" scoreboard, because it would mislead. Those numbers measure different things on different data. For context only, our own AI resolution-rate benchmark across roughly 55 vendors and 195 rated deployments puts the field median near 70%.
Read that as where the pack sits. It's an aggregate: directional, self-selected by teams willing to report, and well short of an apples-to-apples test. On a clean knowledge base, both land in comparable territory, and the differences that decide it are cost, setup and lock-in.
Which AI agent is easier to improve over time: Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Agentforce has a Command Center and Testing Center, but tuning needs admin and developer skills. My AskAI's self-learning loop improves from agent edits automatically, so a non-technical CX team can keep it sharp.
An AI agent is never finished. Resolution rate climbs as you feed it what it got wrong. The question is who has to do that work.
Agentforce gives you serious instrumentation: a Command Center for session tracing, latency, error and escalation analytics, and a Testing Center that generates test cases and runs batch CSV suites (sandbox actions cost 16 credits versus 20 in production). It's capable tooling.
The catch is that acting on it means Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Flow and sometimes Apex, all Salesforce admin and developer skills. Improvement is gated on people who can drive the platform.
My AskAI's improvement loop is built to run without that. Self-learning automatically drafts new knowledge by comparing the AI's reply to the human agent's reply on every handed-over ticket, so a non-technical CX team keeps the knowledge base current just by doing their normal work.
The biggest gains land in the first weeks and months, then it's an ongoing climb. And when you want to know why the agent said something, you can ask Echo, My AskAI's in-dashboard assistant, why any answer was given and which knowledge source it used, without digging through logs yourself. (Self-learning improves answers and knowledge; it isn't a magic fix for everything.)
Which has more features, Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Agentforce has the broader enterprise feature surface: multi-agent orchestration, native voice, MCP, native CRM actions. My AskAI includes the support-specific features most teams use, across every helpdesk, with no developers.
Line the two up feature-for-feature at the enterprise level and Agentforce is the wider product on raw surface. It leads in some places and trails in others, and I'll point out both.
Agentforce leads on multi-agent orchestration (a manager agent routing to specialists), native voice, native MCP and A2A interoperability (since Agentforce 3), and native CRM actions on records and entitlements. That's a deep platform for a large Salesforce estate.
Breakdown of where each product wins: My AskAI leads on setup speed, helpdesk coverage and pricing transparency; Salesforce Agentforce leads on native CRM depth and compliance.
My AskAI leads on the things that get a support team live and resolving without a project plan: it runs inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot and Gorgias; it's live in minutes with no developers; and its AI Actions and Tasks handle agentic workflows (refunds, cancellations, order updates) in natural language, either fully autonomously or propose-then-approve, whichever you configure per action.
The read I'd give you: if you need multi-agent orchestration, native voice and native CRM actions today, Agentforce has more surface. If you need an agent resolving tickets inside your current helpdesk this week, My AskAI covers what you'll use.
Is it easy to customize My AskAI and Salesforce Agentforce?
⚡
TL;DR: My AskAI exposes prompt, persona and guidance directly, no code. Agentforce is deeply customizable via Topics, Actions, Flow, Apex and Agent Script, more powerful but dependent on Salesforce developers.
Both are customizable; they just ask different things of you.
My AskAI puts the controls in plain language: Guidance lets you set tone, terminology, clarification behavior and forced-handover rules directly. There are three types (Communication & Style, Context & Clarification, Handover & Escalation), each a short natural-language rule, no code. A CS manager can dial in how the agent behaves in an afternoon, and I've watched exactly that happen on onboarding calls.
My AskAI's Guidance feature — plain-language rules for tone, clarification and handover, no code.
Agentforce is more powerful and heavier. You customize through Topics, Actions, Flow, Apex, Agent Script and Prompt Templates, a rich toolkit that lives in Salesforce's builder surfaces and expects developer involvement to get consistent results.
As one reviewer put it, "getting consistent and accurate results isn't as simple as just telling the agent what to do." That's the trade: a bigger ceiling, but you need Salesforce developers to reach it.
What about vendor lock-in?
⚡
TL;DR: This is the sharpest split. Agentforce only runs where Salesforce is the system of record: switch helpdesk and you re-platform. My AskAI works across Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot and Gorgias, so your AI layer survives a helpdesk change.
For an economic buyer, I'd let lock-in decide it, because it's the cost that lands later, once you're committed.
Agentforce only runs where Salesforce is your system of record. It has no native integration with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias. Salesforce positions those tools as replace targets.
The Channels section of the My AskAI dashboard, showing the agent running across multiple helpdesks.
To put Agentforce in front of a non-Salesforce helpdesk you're building through MuleSoft (separately licensed, and a real cost), and even then Embedded Service only gives you a JavaScript chat widget, with the agent still living in the Salesforce org. Adopting Agentforce is, functionally, adopting Salesforce as your support platform.
My AskAI is built the opposite way. It's helpdesk-agnostic: it runs inside whichever of the five helpdesks you use (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias), and if you switch helpdesk later, the trained agent, your custom answers, your guidance and your tasks all move across (no rebuild, no re-training). You're never re-implementing your AI because you changed your support stack.
Salesforce Ben's independent "deep vs wide" piece frames it: Agentforce gives you Salesforce-native depth, platform-agnostic tools give breadth across many stacks. Go deep if Salesforce is your permanent home; go wide if you want your AI layer to outlive a single vendor decision.
Does Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI have any other AI features?
⚡
TL;DR: Both auto-tag and summarize. My AskAI has live agent translation and 95-language multilingual answers built in; Agentforce leans on Data 360 analytics and its Command Center for AI-tagged conversation analysis.
Beyond replying and escalating, both products do a handful of adjacent AI jobs. Here's how they line up.
Tagging
My AskAI auto-tags each ticket across up to three fields, classifying on the message text so it can route by reason-for-contact or by sentiment (a message that reads as frustrated or mentions canceling can be flagged straight to a human). It runs natively in Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk and Freshchat at $0.05 per attribute, and because tagging is billed separately from replies, it doubles as a spend control: you can tag a class of tickets you don't want the AI to answer and pay only the 5c tag. Agentforce approaches classification from the analytics side, through AI-tagged conversation analysis in its Command Center and Data 360.
Agent translation
My AskAI answers in 95 languages, auto-detected per message, and adds Live Translation inside Intercom: it translates the customer's message into your agent's language as an inline note on handover, then translates the agent's reply back when they send. Agentforce supports multilingual answers with 30+ languages on the roadmap, and its voice product is US and Canada only for now.
Insights and analytics
Both give you conversation-level analytics. My AskAI's Insights groups every conversation into topics, scores 100% of conversations for AI CSAT (not the usual 2-10% sample), and surfaces the topics that need attention. Agentforce leans on Data 360 and the Command Center for the same class of analysis, wired into the wider Salesforce reporting stack.
What about security, is Salesforce Agentforce more secure than My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Agentforce carries the heavier certification stack (FedRAMP High, HIPAA, 40+ certs, the Einstein Trust Layer), which regulated and federal buyers need. My AskAI is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, which covers most B2B SaaS and e-commerce.
For your security reviewer: on paper, Agentforce is the more certified product, and in a regulated or federal setting that's decisive.
Agentforce inherits the full Salesforce platform stack: 40+ certifications, FedRAMP High authorization (which unlocks federal work), a HIPAA BAA where needed, and the Einstein Trust Layer (PII masking, prompt defense, zero-retention LLM agreements, geo-aware routing and an audit trail in Data Cloud), plus Shield Event Monitoring and Platform Encryption. For a bank, a hospital system or a government agency, that stack is the reason to buy.
My AskAI holds SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, isolated containers per customer, and a firm line that customer data is never used for model training. What it does not hold, since this is a head-to-head compliance axis: no FedRAMP, no HIPAA, no ISO 27001, no PCI-DSS.
That's enough for the large majority of B2B SaaS and e-commerce teams, and short of what a federal or regulated-health buyer requires. If HIPAA or FedRAMP is on your checklist, Agentforce wins this one outright.
Which costs more, Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: Not close for most teams. Agentforce meters per action ($0.10/action, roughly $0.30+/ticket) or $2/conversation, needs Service Cloud seats ($175/user/mo) and $50K-$150K setup, roughly $200K-$450K in year one. My AskAI is about $0.10/ticket flat, from $199/mo, with no seat tax.
On price the two products stop looking similar, and what separates them is how each bill behaves as your AI gets better.
The Salesforce Agentforce pricing page showing the Foundations, Flex Credits and Conversations plans, each ending in Contact us.
Flex Credits: $500 per 100,000 credits, where a standard action costs 20 credits ($0.10), so a typical three-action ticket runs about $0.30. No rollover.
Conversations: a flat $2.00 per conversation, billed from the first response through to resolution or 24 hours of inactivity, pre-purchased.
Underneath either one you need Service Cloud seats (Enterprise is $175/user/month, Unlimited $350, billed annually), because Agentforce isn't standalone. Neither Agentforce SKU's bill moves with your resolution rate, and no pricing page spells that out.
A Conversation bills from first response whether or not the AI solved anything, and Flex Credits meter every action attempted, whether it resolves the ticket or not. You pay for the tickets the AI fails on, too. On identical three-action work, that's roughly $0.30 on Flex versus $2.00 on Conversations, a 6.7× spread on the same job depending purely on which SKU you picked.
That means your bill stays flat as the AI improves, and your effective cost per resolved ticket falls as your resolution rate climbs. There's a founder argument underneath this that I believe in: most of what lifts a resolution rate (better knowledge, connected APIs, tuned guidance) is work your team does, so an outcome- or consumption-based model charges you for improvements you made.
Let's price a real month: 10,000 tickets, and assume both teams keep the helpdesk seats they already pay for (those seats are common to both sides, so they cancel out, and the fair comparison is what each AI adds on top).

For My AskAI, 10,000 tickets at roughly $0.10 each is about $1,000 a month, added to the helpdesk you already run. For Agentforce, the same volume runs on the order of $10K/month in Flex Credits (at around ten actions per conversation), plus roughly $5,250/month for 30 Service Cloud seats at $175, plus $50K-$150K of upfront implementation, landing somewhere around $200K-$450K in the first year. For a shop that isn't already on Salesforce, that Service Cloud seat line is net-new spend they'd never otherwise carry.
Stat callout comparing first-year cost: My AskAI around $12K for 10,000 tickets a month versus Salesforce Agentforce at $200K to $450K for the same volume.
SaaStr's read is that the model "priced out SMBs" entirely. Whichever SKU you land on, the meter runs whether or not the AI succeeds.
One more thing for finance: My AskAI has a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked, unlimited tickets and no credit card, so you can prove the resolution rate on your own tickets before you pay anything. It's the cleanest answer to "can we test it first."
Conclusion - should I choose Salesforce Agentforce or My AskAI?
⚡
TL;DR: For teams not already all-in on Salesforce, My AskAI wins on speed, price and helpdesk flexibility. Agentforce wins for large enterprises standardizing on Salesforce that need native CRM actions and FedRAMP-grade compliance.
If you're already living inside Salesforce and you need native CRM actions, multi-agent orchestration and FedRAMP-grade compliance, Agentforce is the right tool. I'd stop reading here and go talk to them. For almost everyone else (teams that want an AI agent resolving tickets inside the helpdesk they already run, this week, on a bill they can predict), My AskAI is the better fit.
Fit quadrant: My AskAI sits top-left (not on Salesforce, live fast on flat pricing); Salesforce Agentforce sits bottom-right (all-in on Salesforce, enterprise depth over months).

Read the scorecard straight and it's not a clean sweep. Agentforce wins Features, Security and raw customization depth outright, and ties on Answer quality and a couple of split categories, and if those are your requirements they should decide it. What My AskAI wins are the categories most support teams feel every day: setup, price, lock-in, and how easily a non-technical team keeps it improving.
Choose Salesforce Agentforce if:
You're already all-in on Salesforce and Service Cloud is your system of record.
You need FedRAMP High or HIPAA-grade compliance for regulated or federal work.
You want native multi-agent CRM actions and native voice today.
You're a price-insensitive enterprise consolidating everything on Salesforce.
But if none of that is you, if you want AI resolving tickets inside your existing helpdesk, live in days rather than months, on a flat bill that doesn't balloon as your resolution rate climbs, then My AskAI is the one to trial.
For a team that isn't running on Salesforce, yes: My AskAI delivers autonomous ticket resolution inside your existing helpdesk with no Service Cloud, no CRM migration, and no implementation project. For a large enterprise that needs deep Salesforce-native CRM workflows (records, entitlements and multi-agent orchestration inside the Salesforce org), they're different tools, and Agentforce is built for that world. The dividing line is whether Salesforce is (or should be) your system of record.
What can each AI agent be trained on?
My AskAI ingests help centers, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Shopify, past tickets and Salesforce Knowledge, and reaches live data through the User Data API. Agentforce grounds on Salesforce Knowledge plus Data 360 (CRM-native), uploaded files and a web crawler, with ingestion metered against Data Cloud credits. So Agentforce is strongest on native Salesforce data, and My AskAI covers the widest range of everything else, with no credit meter on ingestion.
How long does setup take and do we need developers?
My AskAI is live in 10-15 minutes for the standard setup with no developer, and most teams are fully live and replying to customers within about a month. Agentforce is a different scale of project: Salesforce markets 3-6 weeks, but independent analysts report 5.5 to 11 months to real production, typically with a systems-integrator partner and Salesforce admin or developer skills for tuning.
How do My AskAI vs Salesforce Agentforce pricing models differ, and what might we actually pay?
My AskAI charges a flat, predictable rate per ticket; Agentforce meters per action or per conversation, and neither of its SKUs bills less when the AI succeeds. Both sit on top of the helpdesk you already pay for, so compare AI charge to AI charge:
My AskAI
Salesforce Agentforce

Because Agentforce's meter runs on attempts rather than outcomes, its bill can rise as volume grows without your cost per resolution ever falling, the opposite of a flat per-ticket model.
Can they handle multilingual support and agent translations?
My AskAI supports 95 languages auto-detected per message, and adds Live Translation inside Intercom so an agent can read and reply across a language barrier on handover. Agentforce supports multilingual answers with 30+ languages on the roadmap; its voice channel is US and Canada only as of early 2026. For text support across many languages, both are capable and My AskAI's translation-on-handover is the more turnkey piece.
How do they compare on security and compliance?
Agentforce carries the heavier stack: FedRAMP High, a HIPAA BAA where needed, 40+ certifications and the Einstein Trust Layer, the right choice for federal or regulated-health work. My AskAI is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant with AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, isolated per-customer containers and no use of customer data for model training, which covers the large majority of B2B SaaS and e-commerce teams.
Do I need Salesforce to use Agentforce?
Effectively yes. Agentforce requires Service Cloud (Enterprise or Unlimited) as the system of record, and putting it in front of a non-Salesforce helpdesk means building through MuleSoft. My AskAI needs no Salesforce at all; it installs into Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or Gorgias directly.
Does each one offer a free trial?
My AskAI has a 30-day free trial with all features unlocked, unlimited tickets and no credit card. Agentforce's free entry points are narrower and Enterprise-oriented: a Developer Edition (free forever, for building), Salesforce Foundations (a starting credit allowance for Enterprise Edition and up), and a 30-day Service Cloud trial, all gated toward existing or prospective Salesforce customers, short of a full open trial of the agent.
