How does HubSpot’s Breeze AI pricing model work?
HubSpot recently introduced a credit based pricing model for AI agents. The Breeze AI customer agent costs 100 credits for every conversation it participates in, whether the AI sends one reply or several.

How much does a Breeze AI conversation cost?
Credits are sold at $50 for 5,000 credits. Since each conversation costs 100 credits, this works out to exactly $1 per conversation. This flat price applies even if the AI does not resolve the issue.

Why is Breeze AI considered one of the most expensive AI customer service agents?
Because Breeze AI charges the same fee for every conversation regardless of outcome. With HubSpot quoting a 65 percent AI resolution rate, the effective cost per resolution becomes approximately $1.54, which is more expensive than the base pricing of many competitors.
