Freddy AI has two separate pricing components: the Freddy AI Copilot and the Freddy AI Agent. The Copilot costs $35 per agent per month, while the Freddy AI Agent costs $99 for every 800 sessions. Sessions are consumed by email replies or by any number of chat messages within a 24 hour window.
What counts as a session with Freddy AI?
A session is either one email reply generated by the AI or any number of chat messages exchanged within a 24 hour period. While this is generous for chat based support, email tickets can consume multiple sessions and lead to rapidly increasing costs.
Why can Freddy AI become expensive for email support teams?
Email tickets often take an average of 2.5 AI replies to resolve. This means one email ticket consumes 2.5 sessions. Since Freddy sessions are sold only in blocks of 800, even slightly exceeding a block forces you to buy another full block, which reduces cost efficiency.
