What does PROPEL do?

PROPEL is a culture consulting firm (part of the wider Blue Cypress consulting group) and operates in the Association space. It is led by Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter, 2 highly experienced consultants (and published authors).
The firm focuses on helping companies better understand their culture through assessments, before working with them to design new cultures and coaching them through the changes required to make them stick.
They are trusted by some of the largest Associations in the US, including the American College of Physicians, Mensa, and the National Grocers Association, to name a few.

All the ideas, just missing the right gear

PROPEL is a small but highly efficient team, and given the high value they put on their time, are always looking for ways to leverage their better, so they can spend more time with their clients and grow their business.
Increasingly they were finding that visitor queries through their site were getting harder to respond to and becoming a distraction, especially since the majority of visitors weren’t even qualified buyers for their services.
