Eye Solutions is an eye hospital based in Mumbai that works with successful business owners who are worried about their vision, and achieve 20/20 vision so that they can confidently carry on their businesses, enjoy their travels, and lead independent lives without worrying about prolonged painful surgeries.
They specialize in Cataract and Squint surgeries and treat healthcare as a service industry, ensuring patients are satisfied with their results.

Getting Dialogflow fatigue in lockdown

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Deepak spent time teaching himself SEO, hoping to apply the principles to his website and increase traffic and lead generation. It turned out he was so successful at it that not only did his traffic to his site increase but so did the number of queries he was getting.
Previously he had Dialogflow (a chatbot builder) set up to answer queries, which required him to create questions and answers for every possible permutation of question that he might receive from users.
Given Eye Solutions is a complete eye care hospital, performing a variety of complex procedures, this quickly became unmanageable as traffic ramped up.
Fortunately, it was at around this time that one of his colleagues came across My AskAI and, being, given his innate doctors’ sense of curiosity, Deepak decided to try it out.

One question, asked a hundred different ways, all answered

He signed up and in minutes had used the “Add Entire Site” feature to add all of the pages on his site and started testing it out.

Everything from simple queries such as “How can I book an appointment?” to more complex queries about specific procedures, his AskAI had it covered.
Impressed with the results he decided to add it to his site (built on Wordpress) right away, and within a few more minutes he had it live on his homepage.
Now each week as his visitor numbers grow, his AskAI can field their growing numbers of questions, but Deepak can spend more of his time with patients, ensuring Eye Solutions maintains its high levels of customer care and service.

What’s next

Deepak checks his AskAI responses every fortnight to see what people are asking about, so he can ensure his site has the answers they need, but next up he wants to start capturing more details from them - their emails, and phone numbers so he can really start to grow his business with passive lead generation.
