We’re still learning how to sell to Enterprise customers. But here’s what’s working for us:

  1. Not trying to "sell" but trying to solve a problem for the customer. Each customer is unique, and we fit into their workflows.
  1. Admitting when we aren't a fit.If we can’t help, we say so. It saves time and effort for both sides.
  1. Going the extra mile. When we are a fit, we ensure customers understand the product and are set up correctly, even building custom features.
  1. Being human. No sleazy sales tactics or pressure. We sell to people first, not just businesses.
  1. Patience. We’ve learned to wait for the right time. Decisions take time in big companies.
  1. Following up.Communications get lost, priorities shift. No response doesn’t mean no, just “I’ve had other things on my plate.”

That’s what we’ve learned in just the last 12 months. Looking forward to seeing what else we pick up next!
