I never like it when a business puts its constraints or problems on the user
Example:
Most AI support agents charge you per piece of content you upload. I get it, it's because their costs scale with the content storage.
But big businesses can have small amounts of content. And small businesses can have vast amounts of content. So it doesn't feel fair to penalize the smaller businesses.
And neither does it seem sensible to force businesses to now monitor another usage cost and have to optimize their uploads when all they should care about is getting the best answers.
So we got rid of content limits with My AskAI:
- No page limits
- No character limits
- No token limits to your knowledge
Just upload whatever will get you your best answers.
