For founders one of the toughest things is to focus on doing the right things.
- If nobody knows about your product, then it is irrelevant whether you add that new "killer" feature.
- Focus everything on the stage that will impact you most.
- There's no point optimizing for conversion if you don't have traffic.
- There's no point in creating a world-class onboarding flow if people aren't converting.
- There's no point creating that amazing new feature if people aren't activating.
It's hard, it's something I struggle with as I just want to make an awesome product, but it is the business version of "if a tree falls in the woods..."
