Once you have confirmed your role, navigate to the Admin Center by clicking the Zendesk Products icon in the top bar of any product. From there, go to the Account section in the sidebar and select Billing > Payment. Here, you can edit your payment method by clicking 'Change' next to the Payment method on file.
