The new date range selection feature in Tymeshift allows managers to have more control over publishing schedules. You can now select a date range when publishing schedules, including dates up to 30 days in the past and 90 days in the future. This means you can make retroactive adjustments to agents’ schedules and ensure that your historical workforce management (WFM) reporting is accurate. Additionally, you can choose specific agents whose schedules you want to publish, rather than publishing the entire roster.
